KEEN offers a one year warranty on all of our products from the original date of purchase. If you believe your KEEN footwear, bag or socks are defective, please contact the KEEN dealer where the original purchase took place. The dealer is the best place to get your warranty issue resolved.

Please note: This policy does not apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair or is outside the specified warranty period.
