What widths do KEEN offer?

Our women's styles are manufactured on a "B" width last and men's on a "D" width last.

What is the difference between the Newport and Newport H2?

The Newport sandal has a waterproof leather upper whereas the Newport H2 has a polyester woven webbing upper. Both are waterproof and very durable. The H2 has an EVA footbed and will not absorb water, which makes it a better choice for extended submersion wear. In addition, the H2 is all synthetic and vegan friendly.

Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?

KEEN Footwear guarantees all of our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We firmly stand behind everything we produce so our warranty is valid for one full year from the original date of purchase. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact the retailer where you originally purchased your KEENS. Upon inspection of the product, you may be offered a credit, a replacement or a repair option depending on the defect. This policy does not apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, or unauthorised repair.

How do I care for my KEENS?

Sandals

All KEEN water sandals are machine washable and have been treated with AEGIS Microbe Shiled, antimicrobial technology that helps prevent odour, staining and deterioration. We've also taken great care to develop leather uppers that will not crack, shrink or stretch when washed. Even KEEN leather Newport sandals are machine washable. Use a small amount of detergent, was on gentle cycle and air dry.

Leather

We've carefully selected leather uppers designed to last. Then again, if you're wearing your KEENS daily, they won't always be scuff and dirt free. To treat day to day wear and tear, especially on lighter coloured leathers, we recommend using a nubuck leather cleaner and conditioner, found at most footwear dealers and/or shoe repair shops.

Waterproof/Breathable Technology

KEEN's Targhee and Targhee Mid styles feature waterproof/breathable technology to keep your feet dry and comfortable. To enhance product performance, we recommend cleaning your footwear in cold water with mild soap or detergent and air dry away from heat.

Synthetics

Many of KEEN's Trailhead and Waterfront performance styles utilise synthetic fabrics. We recommend you clean these products using mild soap and cold water. To remove excess dirt or to spot clean, use a stiff brush or soft cloth. Let shoes air dry away from heat.

Footbeds

Many of the KEEN styles feature removable footbeds. After extended use, we recommend you remove the footbed, wash by hand using a soft cloth and light detergent, and then air dry.
