Faulty Item Returns
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied or find fault with the workmanship or materials of your product, please fill in the returns form below and follow our return policy as highlighted within this: https://www.keenfootwear.com.au/keen-product-warranty/
Approval is at the discretion of Phoenix Leisure Group P/L. If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced as appropriate. In the case of discontinued models, the faulty item will be replaced with the most similar model from the current range. Phoenix Leisure Group P/L reserves the right to determine the reasonable cost of repair. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Return Terms and Conditions
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
Boxed/Packaged Goods: When returning boxed or packaged goods please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.
Things to remember...
- If an exchange is required we recommend placing a new order online and returning your original item(s) for refund to avoid exchange items selling out.
- Promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavai lable or a refund is requested promotional offers will not be extended to your new order. Any free promotional items should be returned along with your order if you will no longer meet the terms of the offer.
